Two full-time permanent Hospital Medicine openings in Bakersfield, California — one hospitalist and one nocturnist. No procedures, no code blue responsibility, strong intensivist backup, and a collaborative physician-friendly environment in sunny Southern California.

Full-Time Nocturnist | Bakersfield, CA
- 12-hour night shifts | 8 PM–5 AM or 10 PM–7 AM (alternating schedule)
- Only ~6 admissions per night on average
- No procedures. No code blue responsibility.
- Patient care handed to intensivist after admission
- Cross-cover floor calls on alternating nights
- 24/7 in-house intensivists and specialty physicians onsite
- Night float program coming soon
- In-house 9 hours, paid for full 12

Requirements :
- ✅ MD/DO
- ✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- ✅ Eligible for California medical license (or willing to obtain)
- ✅ Comfortable managing hospitalized adult patients
