We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of 14 physicians and 12 APPs at UF St. Johns Flagler Hospital.
- Join us in providing exceptional care while making a meaningful impact on the St. Augustine and North Florida communities.
- Work alongside a diverse team with varied geographic, educational, and training backgrounds who learn from and support each other.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
- Nights with 7-days-on, 7-days-off.
- Collaborative scheduling ensures coverage for time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions and cross-coverage call with help from a nocturnist APP
- Closed ICU without code or rapid responsibility

Compensation:
- $1,700/night shift with lucrative productivity and quality incentives
- $385/shift bonus for extra shifts (above 45/quarter)
