Join a well-established Hospital Medicine team in Springfield, OR, as a Nocturnist, working exclusively overnight shifts. This role is designed for physicians who thrive in nocturnal practice and value autonomy, strong support systems, and meaningful community impact.

Nocturnist position with exclusive overnight shifts

Join a cohesive team of 14 clinicians, including nine physicians and five advanced practice providers

Collaborative culture with active engagement across hospital departments

Semi-open ICU with on-site intensivist coverage during the day and tele-ICU support overnight

Qualifications:

Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Compensation:

$360,000+ with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, annual CME allowance
