Clinical OpportunityA large, integrated health system in central Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist for a permanent, outpatient-only position.
You’ll join a busy, well-established general neurology practice supported by advanced practice providers and experienced administrative staff. This role offers immediate volume from a strong referral network covering six surrounding counties.
New graduates are welcome.
Practice Highlights-
Outpatient neurology only

Monday–Friday schedule

Shared practice call

No inpatient responsibilities

All inpatient care and hospital call covered by a dedicated tele-neurohospitalist team

Collegial, physician-led environment with strong autonomy

Opportunity to build and grow a general and/or subspecialty focus

General neurology with exposure to:

Movement disorders

Headache
-
Epilepsy

Stroke
-
Cognitive disorders

Neuromuscular disorders

Sleep disorders

Current providers perform EEGs and EMGs
-
Work closely with neuro-intervention, stroke, and neurosurgery teams

Hospital is an accredited Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center

Outpatient clinic located 1.5 miles from the hospital

Medical mall setting including:

Sleep lab

EEG & EMG lab

Radiology

Rehabilitation services

Multiple primary and specialty practices

EMR: Epic

Clinical (non-academic) appointment

Guaranteed base salary: $300,000 for the first 2 years
-
Typical annual compensation: $350,000–$500,000
-
RVU bonus structure
-
Sign-on bonus: $25,000–$35,000 (based on experience)

CME:

$3,000–$3,500 allowance

5 days / 1 week CME time

PTO:

20 days PTO + 7 holidays (or 3 weeks PTO depending on contract structure)
