Come bring your talents to South Florida no state income tax amazing weather in the Winter. General neurology and specialists all needed. You will be employed by a premier system. The call is 1 in 4 currently. Seven days of call at a time, the call involves stroke call, which will require neurologists to triage and give TPA. Sister facility is a primary stroke program. The stroke team responds to every stroke alert. We have telemedicine to alleviate the stroke call after 5pm every weekday and weekend.
We have a four-day clinic week and one day for academic/administrative matters. In summary 80% clinical 20% academic/administration. The hospital is a 467-bed hospital. The Neuroscience Institute started in Broward county and now is expanding. The goal is to start a full neuroscience center with experts in all the fields. Salary is competitive, healthy productivity bonus and in addition offers 20 days of vacation and 5 days of CME. 401K, health insurance, etc.
