Position Details
* Outpatient-focused Neurology opening joining an established regional referral center in Vincennes, Indiana
* Practice out of a newly renovated specialty office suite equipped with modern diagnostic tools
* Genuine work-life balance with no call responsibilities
* Primarily outpatient clinical schedule supplemented by routine inpatient consultations
* Optional opportunity to incorporate sleep medicine within a full-service, accredited sleep disorder center
* Diagnostic capabilities on-site including EEG, EMG, and NCV interpretation
* Efficient documentation supported by Epic EMR integrated with Abridge AI ambient clinical documentation
* Serving a large 11-county service area with an established referral base of over 120+ active medical staff

Position Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult patients with neurological conditions
* Manage disorders including epilepsy/seizures, stroke/vascular neurology, movement disorders, headaches, neuropathy, neuromuscular conditions, and dementia
* Perform and interpret diagnostic neurophysiology studies, including EMGs, EEGs, and nerve conduction studies (NCVs)
* Provide non-emergent inpatient neurology consultations during standard daytime clinic hours
* (Optional) Evaluate and manage sleep disorder patients and interpret polysomnography studies
* Collaborate with primary care providers, hospitalists, neurosurgery, and physical therapy rehabilitation teams
Candidate Qualifications
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (ABPN or AOBNP)
* Active, unrestricted Indiana state medical license (or eligible to obtain)
* Valid DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
* Proficiency in clinical neurology, EMG/NCV, and EEG interpretation (Sleep Medicine fellowship/experience is a plus)
* Open to experienced neurologists as well as graduating residents and fellows
* J-1 waiver and H-1B visa holders are encouraged to apply

* Competitive guaranteed base salary with wRVU productivity bonuses pushing total earnings to $450,000+
