Neurohospitalist Opening in Kingsport, TN
Located in Kingsport, TN; Knoxville 110m
Overview
* A health system in the Tri-Cities area is seeking a full time neurohospitalist for an inpatient only role at a 505 bed Level 3 trauma center and primary stroke center
* 7 days on, 7 days off with 24 hour coverage, including 12 hour day coverage and 12 hour telephonic coverage
* 12 to 15 patients per day, including consults
* Inpatient stroke and general neurology, with consults in the ICU, medical floors and emergency room
* Reading routine and prolonged EEGs
* Nurse practitioner support and system wide Epic EMR
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board certified or board eligible in Neurology
* J-1 and H-1B candidates accepted
