Neurosurgeon Opening in Kalamazoo, MI
Located in Kalamazoo, MI
Full time; BC/BE
Overview
* A growing neurosurgery program at a 224 bed teaching hospital known for cardiology, stroke and neuroscience programs is seeking a full time BC/BE neurosurgeon
* Experienced physicians and new graduates are welcome, mentors are available, and visa sponsorship is available
* The current team is supported by three very experienced neurosurgery advanced practice clinicians
* 40 hours per week: 36 patient facing and 4 administrative hours, with 2 to 2.5 days in the OR and 2 to 2.5 days in clinic
* Call: 24/7 call shared between the current neurosurgeons
* Cerner EMR, a comprehensive health record system integrating clinical, operational and financial tools
* Possible leadership role opportunities and professional growth opportunities
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery
