Opportunity:
DO;MD - Vascular Neurology
Job Details:
- Provide vascular neurology coverage for 7 days each month, Monday through Sunday
- Stroke on-call coverage from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Weekend rounding Saturday and Sunday mornings
- Perform inpatient rounding on up to 20 patients in the morning
- Handle inpatient consults and emergency department consults
- Respond to stroke codes
- Round on stroke patients on weekends
- Work in a consultant role alongside hospitalists who admit patients, with ability to place some orders
- Must have completed a vascular neurology fellowship
- Recent fellowship graduates will be considered
