Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: December
- Schedule Details: 4x10 (M-Th), 5x8 (M-F)
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 2 Weeks/Month minimum
- Cases: General neurology-tremor, migraine, hx of CVA, MS, myasthenia, seizure, Parkinson's, dementia
- Certifications Needed: ACLS
- Case Load: 15 patients per 8 hour clinic day (10 hour day 19-24 patients per clinic day), mix of new and established patients but primarily return patients
Licensing & Privileging:
- License: PA License or IMLC
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 20 Days
