Coverage Type: Scheduled Coverage – No Call
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
EMR System: EPIC
Patient Population: Adults
Average Daily Census: 12–14 patients
Staffing: 3 APPs plus nursing staff
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts
- Full-time coverage preferred; will consider a minimum of 3 weeks per month
Patient Population & Clinical Responsibilities
The provider will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with:
- Migraines
- Stroke
- Seizures
- Multiple sclerosis (MS)
- Sleep disorders
- Restless leg syndrome
Patients are typically established or return patients, with appointments generally scheduled every 30 minutes.
Licenses Required:
- Active New Hampshire medical license
- BLS
- DEA
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Candidates willing to obtain a New Hampshire license may be considered; currently licensed candidates are preferred.
