Seeking BC/BE Neurosurgeon
Overview:
* Join an established and collegial Neurosurgery team at a Level II Trauma Center
* Diverse surgical case mix including complex spine, neurovascular conditions, brain surgery and trauma
* Schedule includes 2 clinic days and 3 operating room days per week
* No elective surgeries or clinic responsibilities while on trauma call
* Call schedule of 1:4 with APPs taking first call
* Dedicated clinic RN assigned to each physician
* APP support for daily inpatient rounding
* Access to onsite X-ray, CT, MRI and functional MRI
* Robust spine center with integrated Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation services
* Advanced surgical technology including 3 navigation stations, O-arm and minimally invasive surgical capabilities
* Access to a biplane imaging suite
* Dedicated Neuro Trauma ICU with full-time Pulmonary/Critical Care and Surgical Critical Care physician support
* Block scheduling available for surgical procedures
* Epic EMR
* Established tertiary referral network serving approximately 1.5 million residents
