We're recruiting a Neurologist to join a well-established, physician-focused practice in Atlantis, FL, offering an excellent compensation structure and comprehensive clinical support.
Position Highlights:

Compensation: $350K guaranteed base salary in Year 1

Year 2: 45% of collections + additional bonus opportunity

PTO: 20 days + paid holidays

Patient Population: Approximately 70% Medicare / 30% commercial

Call: Shared rotation approximately every 4–5 weeks
