Position Overview
An established and well-respected multi-specialty medical practice in Ocala, Florida, providing comprehensive outpatient healthcare services to the local community, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join its outpatient team.
This is a general outpatient Neurology opportunity focused on the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with a broad range of neurological conditions.
Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose patients with a variety of neurological conditions.

Perform comprehensive neurological examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Manage common outpatient conditions, including headaches, epilepsy, neuropathy, movement disorders, and other neurological disorders.

Order and interpret appropriate laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies.

Provide ongoing follow-up and management for patients with chronic neurological conditions.

Prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response.

Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and disease management.
