Description:
Locum tenens opportunity for a Board-Certified Neurologist providing inpatient neurohospitalist coverage in Springfield, Oregon. This 13-week assignment begins December 7, 2026, with unrestricted 24-hour call coverage supporting adult and geriatric patients.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to inpatient neurology consultations when called
Provide stroke and neurointerventional consultations
Perform rounding following call-ins as needed
Collaborate with hospitalists and other specialty teams
Provide inpatient neurologic care and consultation
Qualifications
Active Oregon medical license required
Minimum 2 years of experience
Epic experience required
Inpatient neurology experience
Stroke consultation experience
Neurointerventional consultation experience
Working Hours
7:00 AM–7:00 AM
Primarily call-based; physician reports onsite when called
Follow-up rounding the following morning as needed
Start date: December 7, 2026
Assignment length: 13 weeks
