Compensation Highlights
- $361,343 Guaranteed Base (Years 1-2): With eligibility for production/incentives if earnings exceed guarantee.
- Up to $225,000 Upfront: Includes a $75K sign-on bonus and $150K financial support agreement (3-year commitment).
- $10,000 Relocation Allowance.
