Ballad Health needs a Neurohospitalist, starting 11/2/2026, ongoing. $4,004 flat per day worked, covering any shift length, 24-hour or 12-hour, plus call once you've left campus for the day. $6,006/day holiday, $404.25/hr callback, $192.50/hr orientation (up to 16 hours).

Job Responsibilities

Float across three campuses: HVMC (24-hour shifts, 8a-8a, onsite days with night call, come in if needed), JCMC (24-hour shifts, 7a-7a, onsite days with night call), and BRMC (12-hour shifts, 7a-7p). Admitting and consulting on patients of all ages. EEG reading required at all locations, both continuous and routine. Epic required, facility will not train.

Qualifications

Board certified in both Neurohospitalist medicine (UCNS) and Neurology, both required, no exceptions. Active Tennessee license required in hand before any dates are booked, or IMLC. TN DEA required. 2 years minimum experience. Must be comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume coverage. Clean background required. COVID and flu vaccination required. Credentialing runs 60-90 days.

Working Hours

Mix of 24-hour shifts (HVMC, JCMC) and 12-hour shifts (BRMC). Call required. Exact monthly shift count still being confirmed with the client.
