Description:
Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Neurologist for an established multidisciplinary practice in Macon, Georgia.
The physician will provide comprehensive general Neurology care and collaborate with Pain Management physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and nervous system
• Order and interpret EMG, EEG, neuroimaging, and other diagnostic testing as indicated
• Develop treatment plans
• Manage neurological medications
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care
Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
• Georgia medical license or eligibility
• DEA registration
• Strong neurological examination skills
• EMG/EEG capabilities preferred
