• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible neurologist

• Open to new graduates

• ASAP start available

• Outpatient only

• Adult patient population

• No call or hospital responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Evaluate and manage a broad range of neurological conditions, including:

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Stroke follow-up

  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease

  • Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders

  • Multiple sclerosis

  • Epilepsy

  • Sleep disorders

  • Peripheral nerve and spinal cord conditions

• Order and interpret neurological testing, including EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, and neuroimaging

• Provide medication management, patient education, and coordination with other specialties and rehabilitation services

• Team-based environment with RN support, a dedicated MA (1:1), and an APP

• APP practices independently

• Multispecialty group with multiple specialties onsite

• Patient population includes commercially insured, Medicaid, and Medicare patients, as well as underserved communities

• EMR: Epic

• MD or DO with completion of accredited neurology residency training required before starting

• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license required

• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain

• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll

• BLS or ACLS certification required
