- ASAP start; ongoing through 2027
- Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00a-4:30p; Fri 7:30a-4:00p
- No weekends; no call
- Setting: Office/outpatient clinic
- Scope: General Neurology only; Botox procedures not available for locums
- Patient mix: 100% adult; 100% outpatient
- Volume: ~14 patients/day
- Team: Other neurologists on-site; group of 12 physicians and 4 APPs; office staff includes 2 MAs and 2 front desk
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: OH license, Board Certified, Clean background
- Credentialing ~90 days
