Requirements:
• Active NY License or willing to obtain
• BC in Neurology; If BE, must finish residency
• DEA
• Clean Record
• Most recent NPDB Report (within 30 days active)
• Must be able to practice general neurology and perform EMG/NCS & EEG
Benefits:
• Base salary: $340,000 – $360,000/year
• Starting bonus: $25,000
• Retention bonus: $15,000 at 2-year anniversary
• Productivity, quality, performance, and extra shift incentives may apply
• CME allowance: $4,500 + 5 days paid CME
