Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Neurologist to join an established neurology practice in Southern Connecticut.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Neurology physician looking to join a collaborative medical group with strong clinical support, steady patient demand, and access to a desirable Connecticut market.
The incoming physician will provide outpatient neurology care, evaluate and manage neurological conditions, coordinate diagnostic testing, and collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, APPs, and clinical staff.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with neurological conditions
• Diagnose and treat headaches, migraines, seizures, neuropathy, movement disorders, memory concerns, and related conditions
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, APPs, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Support continued growth of the neurology service line
Qualifications
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
• Outpatient neurology experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and clinical management skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
