Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- Active MI License
- Required Certifications: BLS/DEA/CSR/CDS
- Fellowship Requirements: Behavioral Neurology Fellowship
- 4+ years as a behavioral/cognitive neurologist
- Previous management experience
- ACGME/AOA approved Neurology Residency
