Overview:
* Join a collaborative neurosurgery program with multi-regional support from other neurosurgeons across the system
* Large built-in referral base supported by an extensive primary care network
* Dedicated support staff including a first assist PA and clinic-based advanced practitioner
* Balanced schedule with 2.5 days in clinic and 2.5 days in the OR each week
* Average clinic volume of 20-25 patients per full clinic day
* Average surgical volume of 8-10 cases per week
* Eight days of call per month with APPs providing first call coverage
* Broad surgical practice including spine procedures, carpal tunnel surgery, spinal cord stimulators, and intrathecal pumps
* Opportunity to practice with a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from strong system support
