Overview:
* Join a high-acuity neurosurgery program with a focus on acute care neurosurgery
* Practice at a Level I Trauma Center supporting trauma, stroke, and critical care services
* Collaborate closely with Emergency Medicine, Trauma Surgery, Neurology, and Intensive Care teams
* Seven call days over a four-week schedule
* Acute care surgeons who evaluate and stabilize patients during call maintain first rights to schedule elective procedures within their own OR block
* Advanced operating rooms equipped with imaging technology, robotics, and neuro-monitoring capabilities
* Dedicated APP and clinical support teams enhance efficiency and patient care
* Strong support from hospitalists, neurologists, trauma surgeons, and intensivists
* Opportunity to influence clinical protocols, referral relationships, and future program development
* Integrated Epic EMR system throughout the health system
