Cognitive Neurology Opening in NC
Located in Greenville, NC
Full-time; Permanent position
BE/BC
J1 and H1 candidates supported
With fellowship training in Cognitive Disorders, Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry, or Geriatric Neurology
No call
Overview
Primarily outpatient clinical care with occasional inpatient responsibility associated with attending duties of residency program
Support from experienced Nurse Practitioner designated to help see cognitive patients
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, schedule
Opportunity to be a part of ACGME neurology residency program
Available resources include on-site infusion suite, in-office lab, EEG, EMG and nerve conduction studies, and ALS clinic
Established clinical neuroscience team of 10 neurosurgeons
The subspecialties include pediatric neurology, epilepsy, movement disorders, headache, neuromuscular, sleep medicine and intraoperative monitoring
