Contract Details
- Location: Longview, WA
- Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 17:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: WA
- Certs required, BLS & ACLS
- Required Procedures EEG, EMG
- Average patients per day: 16
- Support Staff: 1.5 FTE MDs and 1.0 NP
- Patient Population/Age: 17+
