Job description
We are seeking a Neurologist for a locum tenens position in Longview, WA. This opportunity provides both inpatient and outpatient neurology coverage with call at a 122-bed facility. Please see below for more information.
- 122 beds
- EMR: Epic
Job Responsibilities
Both rounding and admissions
Conduct in-house consults while onsite
Manage unrestricted call (call/text volume of 0–4 in a 24-hour period, managed by phone)
Treat patient population ages 17 and up
Average of 16 patients per day
Perform EEG and EMG
Qualifications
BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
Board certified/eligible in Neurology
Working Hours
24-hour call coverage, 3–5 days preferred, on top of clinic work
Approximately 1 week per month
