Permanent Position
Seeking BC/BE Cognitive Neurologist, Memory Care Specialist, or General Neurologist with dementia expertise to join multidisciplinary neuroscience team in Norwich, Connecticut

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage cognitive disorders and dementia-related conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients and families
Collaborate with multidisciplinary neuroscience teams

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
Fellowship training or expertise in Cognitive Neurology, Memory Disorders, or Dementia Care preferred
Active Connecticut license or ability to obtain
