Overview:
* Opportunity to launch and lead a new neurosurgery program (opening Fall 2026)
* General neurosurgery with ability to develop subspecialty interests (spine, cranial, trauma)
* Practice based in new hospital with advanced OR capabilities
* Inpatient and OR-based practice
* Level III Trauma Center setting
* Full APP and clinical support team
* Collaborate with neurology, hospitalist, trauma, and intensivist teams
* Ability to build referral patterns and shape program growth
* Integrated EMR (Epic) across system
* Strong focus on program development and high-quality outcomes
