Job description
A growing, mission-driven not-for-profit regional health system south of Champaign, Illinois is seeking a BC/BE Neuro-Hospitalist to join a well-supported inpatient neurology service.
Position Highlights:
- 7-on / 7-off schedule, 7am - 7pm, providing excellent work-life balance
- Inpatient neuro-hospitalist role within a 165-bed community hospital serving a 10-county regional area
- Manage a broad spectrum of inpatient neurological conditions in a collaborative hospital setting
- Strong support from hospitalists, intensivists, emergency medicine, and specialty care teams
- Opportunity to work closely with stroke protocols and acute neurovascular care pathways
- Integrated care model with access to imaging, ICU support, and multidisciplinary consult services
- High degree of clinical autonomy within a well-structured inpatient system
- Part of a stable, expanding health system with strong physician engagement and teamwork culture
