Key Responsibilities

• Provide general neurology care in outpatient setting
• Perform and interpret EMG/NCS and EEG studies
• Participate in inpatient consults and rounding as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Support mentorship and team development
• Contribute to program growth and service expansion

Candidate Requirements

✔ Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology – REQUIRED
✔ Must perform EMG/NCS & EEG – REQUIRED
✔ Active New York License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
✔ DEA License – REQUIRED
✔ Fellowship training – HIGHLY PREFERRED
✔ Sleep study experience – PLUS
✔ Clean malpractice history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
✔ Must disclose visa requirement status (No visa support available)
✔ NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
✔ Local candidates within 30 miles cannot be considered

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Strong compensation with long-term incentives:

• Base Salary: $340,000 – $360,000
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $15,000 Retention Bonus (2-year mark)
• Productivity, quality & performance incentives
• CME: $4,500 + 5 days paid
• 27 days PTO
