Full Time
Permanent Position
Seeking BC/BE Neurologist with interest in Epileptology to join team in Des Moines, Iowa
Position Highlights:
Outpatient and inpatient neurology practice within multi-specialty hospital
Dedicated epilepsy services with EMU and continuous EEG monitoring
Support from neurohospitalists, nursing staff, and APPs
Teaching opportunities with academic affiliation
Growing stroke program with expansion to comprehensive stroke center
Flexible scheduling with dedicated administrative time
Integrated system with Epic EMR
Responsibilities:
Provide neurology care with focus on epilepsy and seizure disorders
Interpret EEG and manage epilepsy patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team
Participate in inpatient and outpatient care coordination
Engage in teaching and program development
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
Interest or training in Epileptology preferred
Active Iowa license or ability to obtain
Eligible for H1B cap-exempt or J-1 waiver sponsorship
