Neurosurgery Opportunity in Ashland, KY
A leading regional healthcare system serving eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join an established and growing neurosurgery program. This is a full-time employed opportunity offering exceptional compensation, advanced facilities, and strong referral support.
Practice Details
Full-time employed Neurosurgery position
Join an established team of 2 Neurosurgeons
High-volume practice with strong regional referral base
Modern facilities including newly expanded ER and imaging department
EPIC EMR system
Clinical Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of neurosurgical procedures
Evaluate and manage both elective and emergent neurosurgical cases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology and trauma services
Provide inpatient and outpatient care
Maintain accurate documentation and patient care plans
Support & Resources
Service area of approximately 750,000 patients
Referral network from 40+ primary care clinics and 20 regional hospitals
Access to advanced imaging and surgical technology
Strong specialty support across multiple disciplines
Compensation & Benefits
$900,000 salary guarantee for initial contract term
Productivity bonus based on wRVUs

Requirements
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
Eligible for Kentucky medical licensure
Strong surgical and clinical skills
