Neurologist – Full-Time | Port Townsend, WA
Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Neurologist to join our growing outpatient neurology team. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while enjoying the lifestyle and natural beauty of Washington's Olympic Peninsula.
Position Highlights
Full-time, four-day work week (four 10-hour days: 8 hours patient care, 2 hours protected administrative time)
Base salary $325,000–$400,000 plus RVU-based productivity incentives
Sign-on bonus eligible

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care for patients with a broad range of neurological conditions
Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and coordination
Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
EMG experience preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Commitment to rural community practice and collaborative care
