Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Neurology Physician to join its expanding specialty team in Bronx, New York . Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment with strong internal referral support. The Neurologist will diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders while working closely with primary care providers and other specialists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Essential Position Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, migraine disorders, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.

Perform comprehensive neurological examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Order and interpret diagnostic studies such as EEG, EMG, MRI, CT, and other neurodiagnostic tests.

Provide outpatient consultations and follow-up care.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, behavioral health, and rehabilitation services.

Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive strategies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings.

Qualifications

Education:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Board Certification:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.

Licensure:

Active or eligible medical license in New York.

Experience:

Prior clinical experience in neurology preferred; fellows completing training are encouraged to apply.
