An established outpatient neurology practice on Long Island is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist (MD/DO) for a full-time or part-time permanent position. You will manage a diverse case mix including epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, neuropathies, headaches, and movement disorders. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive outpatient neurological consultations
- Diagnose and manage epilepsy, stroke, MS, Parkinson’s, neuropathies, and headache disorders
- Interpret neuroimaging (MRI, CT) and electrodiagnostic studies (EEG, EMG)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care
- Prescribe medications and monitor therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation
- Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Active or eligible for New York State medical license
- Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
