Job description
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday. HCW can work at any 99 MDG primary care clinic.
Duty Hours: 0730-1600, Monday – Friday between the hours of 0700 and 2000. Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8-hour period, to include an uncompensated 30-minute lunch break. The contractor will provide on-call coverage as scheduled and may be required to work extended hours due to clinical necessity in urgent situations.
Overage Hours: 240 hours
Call-Back Hours: 4,380 Hours: Physician will be required to report in-person to the MTF during on-call hours if needed. The number of call-back hours and timeframe vary depending on demand, in coordination with on-call duties. When the clinical situation requires the physician to report in-person to the MTF during on-call hours, the physician will respond within 30 minutes to the MTF.
Call-Back Hours: Contract worker ☒will or ☐will not be required to report in-person to the MTF during on-call hours if needed.
