Company History
In 2006, husband-and-wife team Melvin and Sandra Petty cofounded ERP with two primary objectives, to provide for their family and to solve complex business and government challenges. The team recognized the value of serving as a trustworthy partner and steward who provides counsel and thought leadership based on their real-world practical experience. The founders sought to improve their customers’ mission performance through the use of quantitatively managed processes and innovation to deliver maximized return on investment (ROI) outcomes and customer satisfaction.
This successful approach resulted in a cost conscious and competitively priced partner delivering comprehensive solutions through people-focused practices. Their two-person family affair has since grown into a company of more than 600 employees across more than 50 satellite offices. Each and every member of the ERP team aids the company’s efforts to deliver superlative solutions, which has led to 1000+ successfully executed Federal contracts principally in highly secure and mission essential environments.
