Opportunity: Chief Neuro-Hospitalist. Leadership role overseeing inpatient neurology services at a state-of-the-art academic medical center. Opportunity to combine clinical excellence with administrative leadership, quality improvement, education, and research.
Details:

Attend morning rounds and coordinate inpatient care

Lead quality metrics tracking and action plans (zero harm, HRO, patient experience, HAC initiatives)

Oversee inpatient neurology meetings, conferences, and faculty meetings
-
Improve workflows between consult and APP services (documentation, billing, education)

Collaborate with nurse managers, social workers, Emergency Medicine, Neurosurgery, Stroke, and NICU divisions

Address patient concerns related to consult services

Participate in resident, medical student, and APP education and evaluation

Support faculty and resident research initiatives

Develop faculty/APP schedules and backup coverage

Evaluate faculty, APPs, and residents
Faculty development opportunities include administrative, research, and education tracks through the Faculty Scholars Program, along with involvement in clinical/translational research and QA/QI initiatives.
Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

Vascular fellowship preferred but not required
Compensation:

Highly competitive guaranteed base salary plus bonus/incentive compensation

Compensation commensurate with clinical experience, leadership background, quality metrics expertise, patient satisfaction, and resident training experience
