A Board Eligible or Board Certified Neurologist is sought to provide both inpatient and outpatient neurological care to a regional population of approximately 55,000 residents. This position is available due to a physician departure for family reasons and offers the opportunity to inherit a well-established, high-demand practice with minimal competition in the region.
Practice Overview
* Mix of outpatient and limited inpatient neurology care
* Minimal call requirements, supporting excellent work-life balance
* Broad, general neurology practice seeing a full spectrum of neurological conditions
* Strong and appreciative referral base due to limited regional neurology coverage
* Opportunity to perform EEG and EMG studies (preferred but not required)
* Use of Epic electronic health record system

Qualifications
* MD or DO degree (U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent)
* Board eligible or board certified in Neurology
* Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
* Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Michigan
* Eligible for a Michigan Controlled Substance License
