Locum Neurology Opportunity – Mount Carmel Grove City Hospital (Columbus, OH)

Mount Carmel Grove City Hospital is expanding its Neurology service line to support a growing adult inpatient population. We are seeking one Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist for inpatient hospital-based coverage with a collegial, low-volume practice environment.

Position Overview

• Specialty: Neurology

• Practice Setting: Hospital-Based | Inpatient Only

• Patient Population: Adult only (no pediatrics)

• Reason for Coverage: Physician shortage

• Start Date: Targeting April start (pending credentialing)
  

Schedule

• 7 on / 7 off

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday – Tuesday

• Dates to be determined

Practice Environment

• Low inpatient volumes

• 2 Neurologists currently in the group

• 1 Advanced Practice Provider

• X-ray and lab services onsite

• EMR: Epic

• Collaborative team with neurology support during assignment

Travel & Expenses

• Covered: Flight, hotel, rental car/ fuel
  

Submission Requirements (Required at Name Clear)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (BC preferred)

• Active Ohio license REQUIRED (IMLC not accepted due to credentialing timeline)

• BLS & ACLS

• Clean background – no malpractice history (no exceptions)
