Neurohospitalist Opportunity Location: Joplin, MO Board Eligible l Board Certified in Neurology Role & Clinical Responsibilities • Inpatient Neurohospitalist position, caring for hospitalized neurology patients • Collaborate with neurosurgery, hospitalist teams, and outpatient neurologists • Level II trauma and stroke center • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; nights, weekends, and holidays covered via tele-neurology • Utilize Cadwell EEG machines for patient monitoring • Participate in teaching medical students and residents Compensation & Incentives • Competitive salary in a shift-based model • Comprehensive benefits package • Residency/fellowship stipend, $50,000 start bonus, and relocation support • Epic EMR implementation coming soon Community & Lifestyle • Located in Southwest Missouri, low cost of living with high quality of life • Easy access to major cities: St. Louis, Kansas City, Tulsa • Growing community with green spaces, local arts, restaurants, and performing arts venues • Short or no commute, family-friendly neighborhoods Requirements • Board-eligible or board-certified in Neurology • Focus on inpatient neurology care
