Job description Mission Hospital is seeking General Neurohospitalist to join a busy and expansive comprehensive stroke center located in Asheville, North Carolina.

  • Mission Hospital, licensed for 815 beds, is the flagship hospital of Mission Health, an operating division of HCA Healthcare and the state’s sixth largest health system.

Job Responsibilities

Position Overview:

*Join an established group of Hospitalists and APPs
*Hybrid inpatient consultative neurology covering general, stroke, ICU and all emergent neurological care
*Radiologist physicians do the interventional procedures
*Shift based, days only; No night responsibilities
*7 on/off scheduling available 
*Teaching opportunities available

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates:

*Board certified or board eligible in neurology
*Stroke training is a plus
*New and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
*FT and PT Shifts Available
