With a 29-bed department, this Level 3 trauma facility is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through advanced medical technologies and a collaborative, supportive environment.
Opportunity:
Physician - Neurology
Job Details:
• Monday-Friday 8a-5p inpatient coverage only, starting in March
• Handle 10-15 patient encounters per shift
• Provide radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial)
• Administer thrombolytic therapy
• Lumbar puncture skills preferred
• EEG (Electroencephalogram) interpretation preferred
• Brain death exam experience preferred
• Must be board certified in Neurology
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Licensed in Maryland or have IMLC
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days
• Comfortable working in a 29-bed neurology department
• BC/BE active MD License or IMLC
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid Travel and Lodging.
