Guaranteed salary: $900,000 for all 3 years. Productivity bonus: $90 per wRVU. Signing bonus available. Student loan repayment available. Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life. Catchment area of ~750,000 people. High volume Emergency Department (80,000+ visits/year). Nearly all specialties represented on campus. No pediatric subspecialties. 455-bed regional referral center. Major construction completion next year: brand-new ER + new imaging department. Rapid growth in surgical and diagnostic demand. Ashland, KY: ~25,000 residents, minimal traffic, clean and safe.
