This facility is part of a respected healthcare system that provides comprehensive pulmonary and sleep medicine services. The practice features an outpatient department with on-site labs and X-ray capabilities, supported by a dedicated team of polysomnography technicians and medical assistants.
Opportunity:
Physician - Sleep Medicine
Job Details:
• Coverage dates: February 2, 2026 - May 2, 2026 • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with no call requirements • Patient volume: 12-16 patients per day (100% adult population) • Work within a practice that includes 2 sleep medicine physicians and 6 advanced practice providers • Interpret sleep studies and provide follow-up care to patients post-sleep study • Treat various sleep disorders including Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Central Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, REM Sleep Behavior Disorder, Narcolepsy, Circadian Sleep Disorders, Hypersomnia, and Snoring • Sleep studies are performed in a hospital outpatient department • Documentation system: Epic EMR • Board Eligible (Sleep Medicine ONLY) required • Active South Carolina medical license required • BLS certification required • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days • Option for remote reading of sleep studies available • Flight and hotel accommodations provided by the facility
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
