A well-established outpatient neurology group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Headache Specialist / Physician to join its growing practice dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of headache and migraine disorders.

This modern, 4,000 sq. ft. clinic offers a collaborative environment, advanced treatment resources, and a full support staff to help you focus on patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician passionate about headache medicine who values professional autonomy, work-life balance, and strong earning potential.

Practice Highlights

  • Setting: Outpatient specialty clinic focused exclusively on headache and migraine management
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
  • Call: Minimal, shared among providers
  • Earning Potential: $350,000+ in the first year; potential to exceed $700,000 with growth and patient volume

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with primary and secondary headache and migraine disorders
  • Perform in-office headache-related procedures such as Botox for chronic migraine, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and infusion therapy
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers to enhance patient flow and clinical outcomes
  • Participate in limited shared call rotation
  • Document all encounters and treatment plans accurately within the EMR system

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school (required)
  • Licensure: Eligible for or currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of Arizona

Training:

  • Preferred: Neurology residency with fellowship training in Headache Medicine
  • Considered: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or other related specialties with significant headache treatment experience
