Job description
A well-established medical group in Wenatchee, Washington is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurosurgeon to join an experienced neurosurgery team. The group includes two other surgeons and four highly skilled advanced practice providers.
Job Responsibilities
Transition to RVU-based compensation model in year two.
Equally shared call among all surgeons.
Established, high-volume practice with excellent APP and administrative support.
Up to 11 weeks of time off annually.
Qualifications
Eligible for or able to obtain an active Washington State medical license.
Strong clinical and surgical skills.
Providers who prioritize high-quality patient care and work-life balance.
Effective and compassionate communication skills.
Working Hours
Variable hours: Work hours may fluctuate based on surgery schedules, patient volume, and call coverage.
Skills
Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, APPs, and hospital staff.
