This established medical group is part of a respected health system that provides comprehensive care to the South Bend community. The facility features modern equipment including Nihon Kohden technology, operates on the Epic EMR system, and offers onsite lab and X-ray services for patient convenience.
Opportunity: BLS - Board Certified/Board Eligible
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Neurologist to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a supportive hospital-based outpatient setting.
Job Details:
- Coverage needed due to retirement and PRN unavailability
- Flexible dates of coverage
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:30 PM) or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (last patient at 4:00 PM)
- 100% adult patient population
- 99% outpatient practice with minimal inpatient work (less than 1%)
- Average of 10-16 patients per day
- Will be the sole Neurologist on duty during assignment
- Support team includes 6 Neurodiagnostic colleagues (2 registered in EEG)
- Required procedures include EEG (Electroencephalogram) and Evoked Potentials
- Active Indiana medical license required
- BLS certification required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Mileage reimbursement available at the standard IRS rate.
